Refund & Exchange Policy

At Tranzo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and exchange policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with the same item (subject to availability).

  • If the item is out of stock, you may request a refund or exchange for another product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Healthcare products

  2. Skin care items (opened/used)

  3. Personal care items

International Orders (KSA & USA)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable.

Local Orders (UAE)

  • Customers in KSA may request a pickup/return label (charges may apply).

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
