Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with the same item (subject to availability).

If the item is out of stock, you may request a refund or exchange for another product of equal value.

Customers in KSA may request a pickup/return label (charges may apply).
